    Description

      With the change in REEF-1049, EvaluatorConfgiuration has been consolidated into EvaluatorSettings. We have marked EvaluatorConfgiuration as obsolete and some tests are still use it. We should remove it from the prod code and move it to test to keep the tests for Evaluator configuration.
