Description

This only needs to be done for the 'standalone' NOTICE files, e.g. the ones in svn trunk for rave-master and rave-project.
The NOTICE files automatically 'injected' by maven during the build (possibly with appended resources), will automatically be adjusted for the proper copyright period based on the current or inherited <inceptionYear/> definition in the pom.xml.
