[RAVE-312] Scale widgets/gadgets over the entire width of the screen

Description

I would be nice if gadgets/widgets are scaled over the entire width of the screen. With one column the gadget width will be 100%. When the two or three column layout is chosen the gadget width will be distributed (50/50% or 33/33/33%). Set a minimum width for a gadget to enforce a scroll bar when the window width is to small. This would be the same behavior as iGoogle.
