Description

This issue is most notable when using subpages and trying to add, remove, or delete a region widget. For instance:

1. User A creates a page with subpages
2. User A shares the page with User B with editor permissions.
3. User B goes to the page and tries to move a region widget

Expected result: The region widget is successfully moved.
Actual result: And error occurs because the permission evaluator failed for the move
