Description

Similar to Underscores in Numeric Literals in Java (see https://docs.oracle.com/javase/8/docs/technotes/guides/language/underscores-literals.html), RaftProperties should support underscores in numeric literals.

For simplicity, we could just replace all the underscores with empty strings.
