Description

RATIS-383 (re)included the Netty tcnative native libraries to use TLS in Netty. We should try to add a unit test in Ratis Thirdparty so that we know that we have properly packaged the Netty java and native code.

Xiaoyu mentioned that HDDS-115 may have some code to copy when that has finished.
