Tolerate the last partially written log entry

    Description

      When a server is killed, the last log entry may be partially written. RaftLog will then consider the log as corrupted and the server will fail to start up.

      In such case, since the last entry is never successfully written, it can be safely ignored. RaftLog should tolerate it.
