Description

GrpcSslTest and the related classes are current in the org.apache.ratis.thirdparty.demo package. We suggest to separate the common code from grpc specific code and move them to new packages.

• org.apache.ratis.thirdparty.demo.common
• org.apache.ratis.thirdparty.demo.grpc

Then, we can reuse the common code for creating new tests such as netty.
