Deprecate methods in Ant Report

    Description

      The ant Report class has methods that do the same thing as the command line options.  They should be deprecated and instruction given to use the command line options.

      These include:

      addFamily

      addAddApprovedLicenses

      addRemoveApprovedLicenses
