[RAT-36] Report header incorrectly refers to an "L" license marker

Description

The "Files with AL headers will be marked L" line in the plain text report is confusing (it doesn't say what "AL" is) and incorrect (the actual marker used is "AL").

A better line would be: "Files with Apache License headers will be marked AL"
