The current webpage at
https://creadur.apache.org/rat/
links to mail-lists.html, which should be
https://creadur.apache.org/rat/mailing-lists.html

Check for other dead links and fix them appropriately.

Further analysis via

}} showed 108 errors on the current RAT webpage.
