Minor Description
We use apache-rat-plugin in Maven to fail our builds in test phase if unapproved licenses are found. This confused contributors quite a bit because they had no indication of what exactly went wrong. It would be really helpful if Rat would point users explicitly to rat.txt if the build fails. Maybe even print the filename of the first offending file with a clear error message.
