    Description

      Problem Statement:
      Logs not getting generated under Audit -> Admin tab if policy name is changed

      Steps to reproduce:
      a. Login to application as admin user
      b.Create policy and and check logs under audit>admin menu for the same
      c.now update policy name and check logs

      Expected result:
      It should show 'update' action entry under Audit -> Admin tab for policy name changed
