Description

1] Improve debugging for dba_script.py, print the jisql commands in the console without the password
2] Remove "db connect" check during dryrun mode. This will enable non-dba users to run python dba_script.py -d and generate the SQL statements to provide to DBA. User can enter a dummy user/pwd and script should continue generating the SQL without aborting.
3] Make sure dryrun mode generates all the correct SQL statements required.
