Description

A generic public REST API is added to Ranger for creating/updating/deleting and querying of Ranger Service Definitions/Services and Policies based on the new stack model in 0.5 version. This API does not depend on specifics of Service-Definition of a component in order to create Services and Policies for it.

This API needs to be documented and added to standard Ranger documentation.
