Major Description
Implementation of getResourceACLs() largely depends on RangerPolicyEvaluator. However, current implementation has most of the code in RangerPolicyEngineImpl. Moving this to RangerPolicyEvaluator will help reused of this code, for example in GDS policy evaluation.
