Description

Solr Ranger plugin gives NPE while printing the AuthorizationContext in INFO and DEBUG log. This causes solr plugin to fail when SOLR 5.5.2 is used. It is related https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SOLR-10630. Work around for this is to have log4j.logger.org.apache.ranger.authorization.solr.authorizer.RangerSolrAuthorizer=WARN in the log4j property
