[RANGER-111] Disable "[EL Info]" debug trace messages from EclipseLink

Description

While using HiveCLI, few debug trace messages (as shown below) are printed from EcliseLink to stdout/stderror. This interferes with applications that read stdout/stderr from HiveCLI. These messages should not be printed in stdout/stderr.
