remove .tar.bz2 from release target

      Description

The generation of the .tar.bz2 file in the ant "release" target takes close to 1 hour in a system that takes around 30 seconds to generate the equivalent .tar.gz file. There also seem to be no actual users of the .tar.bz2 files, so I propose it be removed from the "release" target (can be eliminated altogether, or moved into a separate target that is not included in "release").

That's cool, thanks. I had the comment half-written for ages and didn't see you'd fixed it until after.

Aidan: I did leave it in as an option, did not remove it completely. There is still a "bzip2" ant target as before, and I created a new "release-all" target that generates zip, gzip and bzip2. The "release" target now only generates zip and gzip. I believe this will work for you.

It woudl be nice to be able to keep bz2 as an option, it produces substantially smaller files for those with limited bandwith, particulary with source releases.

Also, bz2 would take longer by 1 hour -> 30 seconds is seriously out of scale to what it should be.
