Description
The generation of the .tar.bz2 file in the ant "release" target takes close to 1 hour in a system that takes around 30 seconds to generate the equivalent .tar.gz file. There also seem to be no actual users of the .tar.bz2 files, so I propose it be removed from the "release" target (can be eliminated altogether, or moved into a separate target that is not included in "release").
