Description
The changes committed as part of QPID-7694 allow to include any valid Queue/Exchange attribute into QueueDeclare/ExchangeDeclare arguments. The query results should include the actual attributes in arguments for consistency sake.
Some changes to 0-10 codec might be required to correctly encode such types as java.util.Date, enums and ManagedAttributeValue.
