Description

QpidTestCase was a home grown mechanism that was built around older versions of Junit. The test exclusion mechanism is tricky with a number of gotchas the harm developer productivity.

The test suite will be refactored to use more modern Junit facilities that are already in use in the newer test-suites (protocol test suites etc).
