Description

AMQP 1.0 tests TransferTest#transfersWithDuplicateUnsettledDeliveryTag and TransferTest#exceedMaxMessageSizeLimit reveal QBB leaks. These test exercises an error path and so would not threaten the stability of a production system.

DischargeTest also shows leaks, but these are from the test itself rather than the production code.
