Description

The AMQP Management implementation within the broker has fallen out of step with the current working draft. Update to reflect the latest version (wd12)

KW: 2017-03-21. Changes were also made in the Qpid-jms-amqp-0-x client so that the consumers would be named by the Destination's link name (if available). This enables the use of AMQP Management from the legacy client using dynamic node style reply-to address.
