Description

When the BDB HA VHN dialogue is displayed the VHN data is loaded from the broker with the default parameter {"depth" : 0}.
This means that the remotereplicationnodes that virtualhostnode/bdb_ha/edit.js relies on is missing.
It will therefore, for example, never enable the priority and quorum combo boxes.

This is just a UI issue. For example, setting the priority via REST works as expected.
