[QPID-7341] Names such as "Apache Qpid Java" cause trademark violations

Description

We currently we use names such as "Apache Qpid Java" to describe collectively the Java Broker and the 0-8..0-10 JMS Client. It has been brought to our attention that use of the word "Java" in that way causes a trademark concern.

We need to agree a new name that avoids such problems.
