As discussed in thread http://osdir.com/ml/dev-qpid.apache.org/2015-03/msg00293.html

The java source tree is to be moved to support an independent release cycle.

The move will be performed in a manner to preserve trunk history. The branches/tags directory will be empty until the first independent release of the java components is made.

The java build requires the specs, so these will be scv copied into the tree too.

The java docbooks will be (java-broker/jms-client-08..091/perftests) will be moved to their respective trees beneath component/src/doc
