Description

This file has stale content last updated for release 0.8. Keeping a file like this up to date for a release is difficult since the contents keep changing as the release drags out with more and more inclusions.

This file could be disposed in two ways:

• The file, along with the sole reference to it in cpp/README.txt, could be deleted .
• Its content could be replaced with a reference to http://qpid.apache.org/releases/ where there is a wealth of autogenerated and up-to-date release information.
