Major Description
Commit https://svn.apache.org/viewvc?view=revision&revision=r1349865 deletes a management variable. This causes problems for clients that focus on an old version of the schema and expect the property to exist today.
The proposal here is to restore the Session:framesOutstanding statistic, describe it as "deprecated", and set it's value to zero.
