      Description

The qpid::messaging::Connection Class Reference was recently changed, now the documentation lists 'sasl-mechanism' connection option, even if this form is supported as well the documentation should stick to 'sasl_mechanisms'.

There was also a new 'protocol' connection option recently added, the documentation shall mention this option.

The missing option was added in http://svn.apache.org/viewvc?view=revision&revision=1479855. The 'trunk' ref docs on the website are two years out of date. It seems like the best solution there is to remove them altogether as the process of publishing them is not automated and it's not clear (at least for the C++ API) what benefit having them adds over the ref docs for different released versions.
