Description

The ReadWriteJobQueue should be removed as it is no longer required.

Previously, this was used to bias the central processing thread pool toward performing write Jobs, however with removal of Mina as the transport we are no longer using the central pool for anything that isn't a write job and as such the ReadWriteJobQueue can be removed. It was also not in use by default anyway, and appears untested.
