Incorrect exceptions thrown from qpid::messaging::Connection::open()

      Description

      Need to be clear and consistent on connectivity errors v. authentication errors v. other sorts of protocol error.

        Now at least connectivity related errors are correctly signalled and distinguishable from more 'semantic' errors. There is no specific exception for authentication failure still - in part because the 0-10 protocol doesn't define a close code for it. Would need to rely on specific error string pattern... leaving that for another JIRA if and when desired.
