      Description

After setting QPID_JAVA_MEM to alter broker memory settings, running qpid-server(-bdb).bat fails with the following message:

"The system cannot find the batch label specified - afterQpidJavaMem"

This is due to an eroorneous space in the lable within the script preventing it being found.

Before fix script fails as described, output:

        Info: QPID_JAVA_GC not set. Defaulting to JAVA_GC -XX:+UseConcMarkSweepGC -XX:+HeapDumpOnOutOfMemoryError -XX:+ExplicitGCInvokesConcurrent
        Using QPID_JAVA_MEM setting: "-Xmx1G"
The system cannot find the batch label specified - afterQpidJavaMem

After fix script passes this point and goes on to attempt broker startup.
