[QPID-1689] Objects on a single host should automatically join a hierarchy with a parent object representing the host.

Description

It would be nice if a master 'object' could be created on a per-host basis that all other objects would be created under.. eg with a pointer to the parent host object within each object so that you can always search by host. The host object should also have a UUID to uniquely identify that host and any other information that may be deemed useful.
