[PROTON-588] JMSMappingOutboundTransformer doesn't properly set replyTo destination

Description

When marshalling message, the "x-opt-reply-type" attribute is set for the replyTo destination. We need set "x-opt-to-type" as the destination will be used later to send reply to.

This is related to https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/QPID-5792 as QPID JMS client will throw NPE if it can't find attributes.
