[j] CompositeReadableBuffer UTF8 decode can fail if encoding crosses array boundaries

    Description

      When decoding a UTF8 encoded string that contains multi-byte encodings the CompositeReadableBuffer can throw an exception if the encoding crosses array boundaries.
