Description

For both VS2013 and VS2017 cmake proclaims:

HAS_STD_THREAD - Success
HAS_STD_MUTEX - Success
HAS_STD_ATOMIC - Success

yet proactor_container_impl.cpp does not compile
PN_CPP_SUPPORTS_THREADS sections.
