a8e9582 PROTON-1068: c++ remove counted_ptr use in ssl.hpp

This refactor removed the smart pointer ref counting. The underlying pn_ssl_domain_t is not a proton ref counted object and is freed before use.

Restore the ref counting and add ssl_client_cert example to ctest suite verification.
