[PORTLETBRIDGE-28] Generated JARS do not create the correct manifest entries

Description

The most recent "Portlet 1.0 Bridge for JSF 1.2" specification states that the manifest entries for Specification Name and Specification version should be "Portlet 1.0 Bridge for JavaServer Faces 1.2" and "1.0" respectively. Currently the jar builds with the default manifest.

This change should also be applied to the MyFaces Portlet Bridge 2.0.0 branch as well. It should read "Portlet 2.0 Bridge for JavaServer Faces 1.2" and "1.0" for the Specification Name and version.
