Description

All JMX MBeans for pool monitoring and runtime management (configuration). In addition to adding runtime configuration and support for JMX, this feature could possibly satisfy #POOL-159 and #POOL-98.

Need to look at Tomcat jdbc-pool implementation to see what we can learn, and if we can contribute back to that project as well. Need to analyze related tickets, commons mailing list, and develop an API for the MBean(s).
