[PLUTO-74] Misc Test/Server Info Test currently fails

Description

This is a small detail, but the Misc Test/Server Info Test currently fails because the version specified in expectedResults.properties is Pluto/1.0.1-rc1 while the container's environment.properties produces Pluto/1.0.1. I think that both of these should stay in sync, even during the RC phase. Should we change environment.properties to

pluto.container.version.minor=0.1-rc1

until the release comes out?
