Critical Description
When comms is lost with device the Pooled Connection Manager doesn't attempt to reconnect. No errors are reported unless you specifically check for a not connected connection.
Steps to reproduce.
If you create a connection,
disconnect the device
then reconnect.
Comms isn't restored.
