    Description

      Component#getWindow() returns null for a Display, which in turn causes the IAE

      Note that the native frame title is also changed (blanked) while the tooltip is being shown.
      Perhaps the tooltip should have its title set to that of the host frame prior to being shown, or DesktopApplicationContext#updateFrameTitleBar should treat tooltips differently?
