Description

Add a Java Web Start jnlp file for some of the demos to run then as Applications, or at least for the Kitchen Sink.
And maybe also the "standard" Web Start button (orange) to execute it from the pages.

Note that currently there isn't a sample of this feature, in binary, source, and in the Site, so it seems a missing feature.
