[PIG-2542] Jython UDFs only work if the python file is in the current directory

Description

Calling this a bug because of how confusing it is.

If the pig script and the Jython UDFs aren't in the same directory, Pig will fail in a very non-descriptive way. Improve error message, and allow other paths than . is the fix.
