[PIG-2486] python register command does not work in hadoop 0.23 when file path starts with "./"

Description

"register './python/scriptingudf.py' using jython as myfuncs;" does not work with hadoop 0.23 .
See MAPREDUCE-3700 .
It might work if the "./" is removed from the path of the file name, automatically by pig.

These tests have been disabled in PIG-2484 patch.
