Description

Following are the categories described in integration tests of phoenix.

• ParallelStatsEnabledTests
• ParallelStatsDisabledTests
• NeedTheirOwnClusterTests

Currently all of them execute without an option to choose which one to run. To enable this we should make it configurable.
