Add jdbcURL parameter to the old Scala Phoenix Spark Data Source

    Description

      In PHOENIX-6633, I skipped the old connector.

      Making the same changes to the old Connector would be useful for some users.
      Note that the old connector tries to re-build the zk URL if missing, we need to remove that feature, and leave handling the default  to Phoenix/HBase.
