Description

Currently, The README of the phoenix5-spark3 connector only has exemplar code for Scala and Java. We should also add an exemplar code for PySpark.

Additionally, The main Phoenix website only has details for the Phoenix-Spark2 connector, Since in Spark3 there are a lot of API changes, We should create a separate website page for the Phoenix5-Spark3 connector.
