[PHOENIX-6578] sqlline.py cannot be started from source tree

Description

We've removed the slf4j backend and sqlline libraries from phoenix-client-embedded,
and changes sqlline.py to use phoenix-client-embedded.
However, while we correctly copy the necessary libraries to /lib when generating the assembly, they are not available when running sqlline.py from the source tree, and have to be manually copied there for sqlline to work.
