Description

Phoenix 4.10 adds the COLUMN_QUALIFIER column to syscat, which means that the usual ALTER TABLE path no longer works during update.

In 4.10, there was some backwards compatibility code added to handle this case, but it was removed in PHOENIX-5403 .
